About measures for realization of economic capacity of regions and effective use of the empty parcels of land

For the purpose of acceleration of processes of economic development and urbanization of regions, including widespread introduction of practice of development of master implementation plans of the drayverny directions of areas and the cities, and also the organization of types of high-return activity and implementation of infrastructure projects according to master plans on the empty parcels of land:

1. Take into consideration that the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and khokimiyats of areas with assistance of commercial banks prepare the drafts of master plans providing placement of modern complexes of rendering services and service objects including means of placement, apartment houses and shopping centers in areas and the cities according to appendix No. 1 * for this resolution.

At the same time to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and khokimiyats of areas:

till August 1, 2024 to provide approval of master plans in coordination with territorial architectural town-planning councils;

since August 1, 2024 until the end of the current year together with the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services and the Agency according to the inventory to take measures for exposure to biddings of the parcels of land in the territories of master plans for creation of modern complexes of rendering services and service objects, including means of placement, apartment houses and shopping centers in areas and the cities, according to master plans;

together with the Ministry of Agriculture to bring in need of the offer on change of category of the parcels of land in the territories of master plans in Government commission for consideration of questions of change of categories of land fund of lands of agricultural purpose and forest fund.

2. Approve:

The list of areas and cities of areas on which the master plans directed to acceleration of processes of urbanization, development of the cities and the district centers, creation of the territory of agglomerations according to appendix No. 2 * are developed;
