About the temporary export permit of shabby cash foreign currency to commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic

2. Permit commercial banks to export shabby cash US dollars in exchange for cash/non-cash US dollars. When implementing transaction on export of shabby cash US dollars to provide receipt of cash/non-cash US dollars without commission amount of bank partner.
3. When carrying out transactions on export of shabby cash US dollars it is strict to commercial banks to observe requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of counteraction to financing of terrorist activities and to legalization (washing) of the criminal income (PFTD/LPD) for the purpose of elimination of the risks connected with possibility of application of the international sanctions.
4. To provide to commercial banks after carrying out transactions on export of shabby cash US dollars out of limits of the Kyrgyz Republic within 2 (two) working days information (report) on the specified transaction in National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. To legal management within 3 (three) working days from the date of receipt of the relevant documents:
