The solution of question of legitimacy of number of government regulatory legal acts according to the order objects of state-owned property depends on official interpretation of the regulation of the Constitution called in the address. Taking into account the stated and other circumstances the Prime Minister of the republic asks to give official interpretation of the subitem 4) of article 66 of the Constitution of the Republic which would contain the answer to the following question: whether means legal content of the constitutional regulation "will organize management of state-owned property" investment of the Government with power of the person of law of state-owned property?
