"24.1-1. Registration or approval of the food object performing production or import of alcoholic products, registration of the food subject acting without food object taking into account the conclusion of body (organization) determined by relevant organ of the executive authority according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About licenses and permissions" is performed in case of observance of the following conditions:
24.1-1.1. Lack of overdue obligations on taxes and other obligatory payments in the Azerbaijan Republic;
24.1-1.2. lack of the existing decision that he is risk taxpayer according to the Tax code of the Azerbaijan Republic;
24.1-1.3. installation of the instrumentations determining production volume at the company of food production where production of the vodka which is type of alcoholic products is performed.
24.1-2. The subjects of the food industry performing vodka production - type of alcoholic products, shall provide when implementing these activities, in addition to conditions, the stipulated in Article 24.1-1 this Law, observance of the following conditions:
24.1-2.1. that the minimum annual production of the vodka which is kind of alcoholic drink makes 100 000 decalitres;
24.1-2.2. legalization of acquisition of the alcohol used as raw materials in case of vodka production - type of alcoholic drink (except as specified when alcohol is made independently).
