About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About employment"

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About employment" (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2018, No. 8, Article 1669 (volume I) to make the following changes:

"26.3. The procedure for creation of workplaces in addition to quota is determined by body (organization) determined by relevant organ of the executive authority.
26.4. The quantity of workplaces in addition to quota for each employer is determined within the size of the quota determined for the employer, but no more than 15 (fifteen) workplaces.
26.5. Financing of the salary according to the employment contracts signed for the term of at least 2 (two) years with persons fixed by body (organization) determined by relevant organ of the executive authority in addition to quota is performed by fund of unemployment insurance taking into account article 26.6 of this Law.
