12.0.2-2. biologically related uncle (uncle) and niece (sister), and also aunt (aunt) and brother (sister) of the son;";

1.3. To exclude the words "and in the absence of stipulated in Article 10.2 of this Code of permission to marriage before achievement of age of consent" from Article 26.1.1;

1.4. To exclude the words "in case of marriage of minors" from Article 56.2;

1.5. In the first offer of Article 57.2 of the word "if parents are not married, then them" to replace with the word "parents".
