About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning obligation of use of liquid biological fuel (biocomponents) in the field of transport

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:
1. In the Law of Ukraine "About alternative types of fuel" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 12, Art. 94 with the following changes):
Article 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"Article 1. Determination of terms
In this Law terms are used in the following value:
alternative types of fuel - solid, liquid and gas fuel which is alternative to traditional types of fuel and which is made (is extracted) from unconventional sources and types of energy raw materials;
biobutanol-alcohol butyl, made of the biomass used as biological fuel or biocomponent;
the biohydrogen-hydrogen received from biomass and which is one of biogas types;
the biogas-gas received from the biomass used in fuel quality;
biodiesel fuel (biodiesel) - monoalkylated ester of the higher organic acids received from the vegetable oils or animal fats used as biological fuel or biocomponent;
bio-DME-dimetilovy eter (DME) made of the biomass used as component of fuel motor;
bio-ETAE-etil-tret-amilovy eter (ETAE) made using the bioethanol used as component of fuel motor;
bio-ETBE-etil-tret-butilovy eter (ETBE) made using the bioethanol used as component of fuel motor;
bioethanol-alcohol ethyl, made of biomass or ethyl alcohol - the raw received from the biomass used as biological fuel or biocomponent;
biocomponent biological fuel, used as component of other types of fuel;
species of fuel (biological fuel) - the solid, liquid and gas fuel made of biologically renewable raw materials (biomass) which can be used in fuel quality or component of other types of fuel;
