5.5.41. reception of applications, provided by part 7 of article 33.1 of the Federal law "About Fishery and Preserving Water Biological Resources";

5.5.42. acceptance of notifications on transition of the property right to the vessel of the fishery fleet constructed on the Russian ship-building shipyard and (or) on the production facility intended for production of fish products and constructed in the territory of the Russian Federation, from the face, with which the agreement on fixing and provision of share of quota of the production (catch) of water biological resources provided on the investment purposes in the field of fishery for implementation of industrial fishery and (or) inshore fishing to leasing company (firm) which is resident of the Russian Federation on condition of the simultaneous conclusion by such person is signed with the specified leasing company of the contract of finance lease (the agreement of leasing) for the specified vessels and (or) production facility;".

2.
