About support to workers of agricultural industry by simplification of access to the credits guaranteed by the state

For the purpose of distribution of credit risk and simplification of access to the credits intended for replenishment of current assets on carrying out agricultural works in 2024

Art. 1. – For the purpose of distribution of credit risk and simplification of access to the credits intended for replenishment of current assets on carrying out agricultural works in 2024 the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry together with public organization "Organization for Development of Entrepreneurship" establishes procedure for granting of financial guarantees, the credits issued through Fund of guaranteeing for the small and medium companies, and also special conditions of provision of guarantees on the credits obtained in banks by the micro and small enterprises which are growing up grain crops.

Art. 2. – The financial resources provided in type of loan according to Article 1, can be used only on the purposes established by the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry together with public organization "Organization for Development of Entrepreneurship".

Art. 3. – Recovery by enforcement cannot be turned into departure from provisions of the Insolvency act No. 149/2012, of the Tax code No. 1163/1997, of the Customs code No. 95/2021, of the Executive code No. 443/2004 and Administrative code No. 116/2018 on the financial resources provided in type of loan according to article 1 of this law, and also to them interim measures for the benefit of other creditors (including the state) the debtor who signed the corresponding credit agreement including in case of excitement cannot be applied to the debtor of the procedure of insolvency.
