"b) which action is limited to certain territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and entered only concerning licenses to use of limited state resources, licenses granted by National Bank within the special regulating modes according to the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", licenses for implementation of private notarial activities and also concerning the licenses provided by Items 12 and 35 of article 17 of this Law;".
Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About notariate" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of March 14, 2023 No. 19) the following change:
to add part 1 of Article 14 with paragraphs of the following content:
"On territorial coverage of the license differ on:
- the universal license for implementation of private notarial activities in all territory of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- the localized license for implementation of private notarial activities in certain territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law in a month.
