About introduction of amendments to the Order No. 38 of 17.02.2017 on approval of forms of Performance reports of the budget of the national social insurance and Methodological regulations about procedure for their creation

For accomplishment of provisions of article 11 of the Law on financial accounting No. 113-XVI/2007 and based on provisions of articles 71-74 of the Law on public finance and budget and tax responsibility No. 181/2014 I ORDER:

Of February 17, 2017 to make the following changes and additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 38:

1. In appendix No. 2 "Structure and format of performance reports of the budget of the national social insurance" in the form No. 4.2 HKCC frequency to change and state in the following edition:

"Frequency: annually".

2. In appendix No. 3 "Methodological regulations about procedure for creation of Performance reports of the budget of the national social insurance" in Chapter II "Procedure for creation of Performance reports of the budget of the national social insurance" in Item 5.1. The performance report of the budget of the national social insurance as regards the income (form No. 4.2 HKCC) in part I to exclude the words "in quarter I, 9 months and".

3. In appendix No. 4 "Structure of reports which are submitted to the Government, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection in quarter I, 9 months and annual":

3.1. Exclude Item 3.1.

3.2. Replace Items 10-15 with Items 10-14 of the following content:
