About introduction of amendments to article 22 of the Law on veterans No. 190/2003

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In article 22 of the Law on veterans No. 190/2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, No. 84-86, of the Art. 392), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

part (to state 1) in the following edition:

"(1) the Personal benefit is established in the following sizes:

a) to persons awarded honorary titles (including the ranks equated to them) – 50 lei;

b) to persons awarded with crosses and medals (including the medals equated to them) – 50 lei;

c) to persons awarded with the medals "Meritul Militar", "Pentru Vitejie" (including the medals equated to them) – 150 lei;

d) to persons who are awarded the order by degree "Credinta Patriei" 1, 2nd or 3rd for participation in fighting on protection of territorial integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova – 300 lei;

e) to persons awarded with awards (including the awards equated to them) – 100 lei;

f) to persons awarded with the awards "Red Banner", "Award of Patriotic War" 1 or 2nd of degree or "the Award of the Red Star" – 500 lei;

g) to persons who are awarded the order by "Stefan cel Mare" – 700 lei;

h) to persons who are awarded the order by "Ordinul Republicii" (including the awards equated to it) – 500 lei;

i) to persons who are awarded the order by "Ordinul Republicii" for participation in fighting on protection of territorial integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova – 700 lei;

j) to the spouse/spouse or the mother/father of person who is posthumously awarded the order by "Ordinul Republicii" or the award "Stefan cel Mare" – 700 lei. The personal benefit is paid on circumstances to the spouse or the spouse, and in case of their absence – mothers of posthumously awarded person. In case of absence of the spouse/spouse and mother the personal benefit is paid to the father.";
