About change of the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of May 19, 2021 No. 12

1. To state paragraph two of Item 3 of the Instruction on procedure for filling and use of the receipt on acceptance of cash confirming their acceptance by the authorized officer of customs authority, approved by the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of May 19, 2021 No. 12, in the following edition:
"customs payments, penalty fee concerning goods for private use according to part two of Item 2 of article 45 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014 No. 129-Z "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus";".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
