About introduction of amendments to article 39 of the Law on local public authority No. 436/2006

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In article 39 of the Law on local public authority No. 436/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 32-35, 116), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

part (to add 1) with the Item j 1) of the following content:

"j 1) issues statements from the register of the available notarial acts, corrects technical errors or obvious omissions in the notarial acts which are drawn up till March 1, 2019 and also issues duplicates of the notarial acts published by the secretary of local council till March 1, 2019;";

add Article with Item (1-2) following contents:

"(1-2) Procedure of procedures, stipulated in Item j 1) of part (1), and also sample of special certifying text for the secretary of local council are established by the order of the Minister of Justice.".

Art. II. – (1) This law becomes effective after six months from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

(2) to the Ministry of Justice in six-months time from the date of publication of this law:

a) provide development and approval of the regulations necessary for enforcement of provisions of this law;

b) provide reduction of the regulations in compliance with this law.
