For the purpose of effective management of money of budgets of budget system of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Articles 105, 106 Budget codes of the Kyrgyz Republic, articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for functioning of the Single treasurer account" of August 1, 2022 No. 438 the following changes:

according to the procedure of functioning of the Single treasurer account, approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in Item 5:

state subitem 20 in the following edition:

"20) the amounts of temporary accounting are the money arriving into accounts of the Central Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Central Treasury) before determination of accessory of payment;";

"34) returnable means - the money arriving from international financial institutions and institutes (donors) in the form of grants, external financial aid and the foreign credits, loans which accumulate on accounts of "counter funds" and has special-purpose character for fulfillment of requirements of certain programs or for covering of expenses of the government budget.";
