About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of rates of the state fee" of April 15, 2019 No. 159

For the purpose of settlement of procedure for issue of permissions to journey of the vehicles participating in the international automobile communication according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of rates of the state fee" of April 15, 2019 No. 159 the following changes:

in the rates of the state fee approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in Item 8:

in subitem 15 of the word of "subitem 16" shall be replaced with words "subitems 15-1 and 16";

add with subitem 15-1 of the following content:

"15-1) for issue of foreign and multilateral permission to implementation of driving through the territory of foreign state, including transit by domestic haulers:

- for physical persons and legal entities in the direction to People's Republic of China (except tripartite transportations) - the 25-fold size of settlement indicator;

- for physical persons and legal entities in the direction to other countries (except for People's Republic of China) - the 50-fold size of settlement indicator;".

2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
