About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine

According to the Law of Ukraine of December 01, 2022 to No. 2801-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring agreement signature between Ukraine and the European Union about mutual recognition of qualified electronic confidential services and implementation of the European Union law in the field of electronic identification", the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Procedure for functioning of the Electronic office approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of July 14, 2017 No. 637, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 1, 2017 at No. 942/30810, the following changes:

in the paragraph the second Item 13, the paragraph the sixth Item 15 of the Section II of the word and figure "of September 19, 2018 No. 749" shall be replaced with words also in figures "of August 01, 2023 No. 798";

in the text of this Procedure for the word "About Electronic Confidential Services" shall be replaced with words "About electronic identification and electronic confidential services".

2. In paragraph four of Item 3 of the Section I the Procedure for electronic identification of nonresident persons providing electronic services for the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the order of December 07, 2021 636, of the word "About Electronic Confidential Services" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 23, 2021 at No. 1659/37281, shall be replaced with words No. "About electronic identification and electronic confidential services".
