Placement in the territory of city, rural settlements of unethical outdoor advertizing or outdoor advertizing with the texts which are not conforming to requirements of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state language of the Kyrgyz Republic" and also sticking, hanging out announcements, leaflets, posters and other information messages in places, unspecified for their placement, in the settlement -
attract imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 10 settlement indicators, on legal entities - 50 settlement indicators.
4. Placement of outdoor advertizing in the territory of settlements without approval of relevant organs -
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 10 settlement indicators, on legal entities - 50 settlement indicators.";
