About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic (in the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About local public administration and local government bodies", "About the public civil service and municipal service")

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About local public administration and local government bodies" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of October 22, 2021 No. 109) the following changes:

Part 2 of Article 8 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. The akim is appointed to position and dismissed by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic from among the faces consisting in the reserve of personnel, according to the procedure, determined by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.";

Part 1 of Article 9 to state 2) in the following edition:

"1. Persons having the higher education, length of service on the state and/or municipal positions on set at least 7 years can hold position of the akim, from them on executive positions at least 5 years or having length of service in public service and municipal service there are at least 10 years, or at least 7 years having experience of the leading work in the spheres which are not connected with implementation of activities in public service or municipal service.";

3) in Article 11:

a) in part 2 in state language to replace the word "buyruktarda" with the word "teskemelerd";

b) recognize part 5 invalid;

Parts 1 and 2 of Article 12 to state 4) in the following edition:

"1. The first deputy (deputy) the akim is appointed to position and dismissed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers:

- on representation of the akim;

- according to the proposal of the plenipotentiary of the President in the respective area;

- on representation of the akim approved with the plenipotentiary of the President in area.
