About modification of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1.

Bring in part I of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1996, No. 6, the Art. 80) the following change:

to add part 1 of Article 89 with paragraphs of the following content:

"Application of words, terms, determinations of religious nature in trade name of the legal entity, except for religious non-profit organizations in which charter generation of profit, and also the legal entities provided by regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic is not set as main objective is not allowed.

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

The regulations specified in Article 1, are not applied to the legal entities registered before adoption of this Law.

To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic within six months to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
