Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About banks and banking activity" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of August 17, 2022 No. 72-74) the following change:
to add part 5 of Article 53 with the paragraph of the following content:
"The prohibitions established in Items 1 and 2 of this part do not extend to the bargains of bank concluded within implementation of the state programs (housing, social, on ensuring homeland and economic safety) approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
