About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About acts of civil status"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About acts of civil status" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of August 7, 2020 No. 62) the following changes:

Article 3 to add 1) with Item 5 of the following content:

2) in Article 5:

a) add with part of 2-1 following content:

"2-1. Applications by means of the State portal of electronic services are submitted to authorized state body in the field of civil registration.";

"3. Civil registration is performed by body of civil registration in the place of the address of the applicant.

The application submitted by means of the State portal of electronic services for state registration of the act of civil status is considered by the body of civil registration specified in the statement.";

c) recognize part 6 invalid;

3) in Article 7:

a) state part 3 in the following edition:

"3. State registration of acts of civil status is made based on the statement including which arrived by means of the State portal of electronic services.";

b) add part 5 with item 4 of the following content:

"4) changes of marital status - for passports of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 2004.";

Article 8 to state 4) in the following edition:

"Article 8. Certificate on state registration of the act of civil status

1. The certificate on state registration of the act of civil status is the document certifying the fact of state registration of the act of civil status, issued in paper and/or electronic type.
