About introduction of amendments to the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1.

Bring in the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following changes:

Parts 3 and 4 of article 65 after the words "provided by Articles" to add 1) with figures "225,";

2) in Article 225:

a) in the paragraph the second to replace parts 1 of figure "500" and "1000" respectively with figures "1000" and "1500";

b) to state paragraph two of part 2 in the following edition:

"it is punished by penalty from 3000 to 15000 settlement indicators with confiscation of property or imprisonment for a period of two up to five years.";

c) add with part 3 following of content:

"3. The acts provided by parts 1 and 2 of this Article committed:

1) concerning the goods, works or services intended for children aged up to fourteen years;

2) with causing on imprudence of heavy or especially severe harm;

3) organized group;

4) as a part of criminal society, -

are punished by penalty from 15000 to 25000 settlement indicators with confiscation of property or imprisonment for a period of five up to seven years.".

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in three-months time to bring the decisions into accord with this Law.
