2. Evasion of parents from payment based on the judgment of funds for content of the child or the full age, but disabled and needing financial support children in case of the outstanding amount formed during the period exceeding 12 months -
it is punished by corrective works for a period of one year up to three years or penalty from 500 to 1000 settlement indicators, or imprisonment for a period of up to three years.
3. Concealment, understating of the size of the salary and the income equated to it by person obliged to contain the child, or the full age, but disabled and needing financial support children, and is equal evasion from employment according to the judgment, -
are punished by corrective works for a period of one year up to three years or penalty from 500 to 1000 settlement indicators, or imprisonment for a period of up to three years.
Note. Evasion from employment according to the judgment in this Article is understood evasion from appearance in bodies for work, employment and social protection for employment, from passing of medical examination, receipt of documents, necessary for employment, and also as other actions (failure to act) which entailed non-execution of the judgment on employment.
