About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning privatization of state-owned property

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About privatization of state-owned property in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2002, No. 3, the Art. 123) the following changes:
1) in all text of the Law the word "Government" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "Cabinet of Ministers" in the corresponding cases;
2) in Article 3:
a) add part one with paragraphs the eleventh and twelfth the following content:
"on alienation of the objects which passed into state-owned property on the bases provided by the civil legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on offenses, the penal and criminal procedure legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. The procedure for alienation of the state-owned property specified in this paragraph is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic;
on alienation of objects of state-owned property within implementation of the investment agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the investor signed by direct negotiations according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on investments.";
b) the second to state part in the following edition:
"Alienation of the state-owned property specified in part one of this Article except for of the strategic objects of the Kyrgyz Republic and objects specified in paragraph eleven of part one of this Article is regulated by other legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
3) in Article 4:
a) state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Privatization of the property which is in state-owned property is performed according to the Privatization program of state-owned property approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Privatization of the strategic objects which are in state-owned property is performed in coordination with Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
