About introduction of amendments to the Law on theaters, circuses and concert organizations No. 1421/2002

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on theaters, circuses and the concert organizations No. 1421/2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 174-176, 1331), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. State Article 1 in the following edition:

"Article 1. Subject to regulation

This law regulates theatrical and concert activities, organizational form of implementation of theatrical and concert activities, procedure for organization, reorganization, dissolution, financing and management of theaters, circuses and concert organizations, coordination of activities of these organizations of culture, and also the legal relations resulting from the activities performed by them.".

2. In Article 2:

"c) providing legal guarantees of preserving system of the organizations of culture, and also specialized educational institutions and harmonious development of such organizations and organizations irrespective of their form of business and type of property;";

"f) creation of the legal base for financial and economic activities of theaters, circuses and concert organizations, and also systems of social protection of personnel in this sphere.".
