1. in Rules of implementation of the public procurements approved by the specified order:

Public procurements by method from one source by the direct conclusion of the agreement on the bases provided by subitems 1) 7), 16), 27), 29), 30), 33), 36), 40), 41), 51) and 56) of Item 3 of article 39 of the Law are performed taking into account the formatno-logical control established on the web portal according to the list of customers and potential suppliers created by authorized body (further – the List).;"

add with Items 474-1, 474-2 and 474-3 of the following content:

"474-1. Inclusion of customers and potential suppliers in the List, is performed by authorized body based on the petition of the customer or the potential supplier for inclusion in this list in forms according to appendices 46 or 47 to these rules.

The documents confirming compliance of powers of the customer or potential supplier to the delivered goods to the performed works rendered to services according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan are attached to the petition.
