For the purpose of optimization of activities of the state company "Kyrgyzteploenergo" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Articles 92-94 of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic, Articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Reorganize the state company "Kyrgyzteploenergo" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - GP "Kyrgyzteploenergo") by separation and formation of the stated below state companies based on its branches:

1) "The Kara-Balta production association of electroheat supply and water supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2) "The Tokmok company of heat supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic;

3) "The Karakol company of heat supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic;

4) "the Belovodsky interdistrict company of heatwater supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic;

5) "The Oryol company of heat supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic;

6) "The Naryn interdistrict production association of heat supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic;

7) "The Jalal-Abad interdistrict production association of heat supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic;

8) "the Kantsky company of heat supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic;

9) "the Cholpon-Atinsky company of heat supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic;

10) "the Balykchinsky company of heat supply" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic;
