About modification of some regulations (increase in efficiency of industrial parks)

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In article 10 of the Law on management of public property and its privatization No. 121/2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 90-93, 401), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item d) parts (to declare 8) invalid;

add Article with part (8-1) following contents:

"(8-1) Property of the private sphere of the state or administrative and territorial unit can be transferred to free use to legal entities for the purpose of creation of industrial parks according to provisions of the Law on industrial parks No. 182/2010.".

Art. II. – In the Law on industrial parks No. 182/2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 155-158, 561), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In all text of the law of the word "Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Economic Development and digitalizations" in the corresponding case.

2. Items b) and d) Article 2 to state in the following edition:

"b) attraction and stimulation of investments for the purpose of forming of the high-technology, effective and competitive industries based on innovative, "green" and creative technologies;";

"d) development and increase in cost efficiency of the companies;".

3. In article 3 to state the concept "resident of the industrial park" of the following edition:

"resident of the industrial park – business entity, non-profit organization or the research organization operating according to the law and performing in the industrial park economic, research and/or technological activity on the basis of the agreement signed with managing enterprise;".

4. Add Article 4 with Items c) and d) the following content:

"c) ensuring transition to the inclusive, steady and steadily developing industry conforming to the quality standards and the environment of the European Union;
