I. Item 2 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About liquidation of District administrative court of the city of Kiev and formation of the Kiev city district administrative court" (2023, 29, the Art. 111) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to No. in the following edition:

"2. Determine that from the date of entry into force of this Law the District administrative court of the city of Kiev stops justice implementation.

Prior to work of the Kiev city district administrative court of case, cognizable to district administrative court which territorial jurisdiction extends to the city of Kiev are considered and decide the Kiev District administrative court, except the case provided by the paragraph the fourth this Item.
