About entering of amendment into the Law "About the Service Providing Forced Execution"

Article 1. Article 30 of the Law of February 18, 2004, No. ZR-40 "About service of forced execution" to add with part 2 following of content:
"2. The employee providing forced execution is forbidden to participate in the games organized within the game activities provided by the law "On Regulation of Gambling Activities", except as specified participations within investigation and search operations.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Law "On Regulation of Gambling Activities" in full.
