About introduction of amendments to the Law on nationality of the Republic of Moldova No. 1024/2000
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Law on nationality of the Republic of Moldova No. 1024/2000 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of December 9, 2005), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In Article 12:

4. Item b) Article 28 to state in the following edition:
"b) considers applications concerning acquisition of nationality owing to recognition according to Article 12. Statements of the persons who are not answering to completely legal conditions for recognition by their citizens of the Republic of Moldova or falling under action of part (3) the same Article, deviate;".
