About modification and amendments in the Law "About Highways"

Article 1. In article 1 of the Law of December 5, 2006, No. ZR-240 "About highways" (further - the Law):
1) to state part 1 in the following edition:
"1. This law establishes economic, legal and organizational basis of development of policy of the Republic of Armenia in the field of highways: development and management of highway network, classification of roads, assessment of technical condition, registration, design, construction (reconstruction, capital repairs, average repair) it is expensive, their equipment and content, control, supervision, safety management of road infrastructure, impact assessment on traffic safety, the main requirements and restrictions to carrying out security audit of highways and tunnels.";
2) in part 3 the word "repair" shall be replaced with words "average repair (repair)".
Article 2. In article 2 of the Law:

2) in the concept "artificial constructions" of the word "etc." shall be replaced with words "and other similar constructions";
