About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2019 No. 35
Based on subitem 6.37 of Item 6, of subitems 7.1.13 and 7.1.14 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2019 No. 35 "About procedure for the request for pension and the organization of work and record keeping to destination and pension payment" the following changes:
1.1. in preamble:
figures "–7.1.15" shall be replaced with words "and 7.1.14";
words of "Item 9" shall be replaced with words "Item 9 parts one";
1.2. in the Instruction about procedure for the request for pension and the organization of work and record keeping to destination and the pension payment approved by this resolution:
in Item part two 4, the paragraph the eighth Item 12, Item 13, 14, Item parts two 18, Item parts two 21, Item parts four 30, Item parts two 33, Item parts three 36, Item parts one 52, in appendices 4 and 6 to this Instruction of the word "by mail" shall be replaced with words Item parts two "by means of mail service";
in part two of Item 11 of the word "the President of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation,";
in Item 34 of the word "or the organizations performing activities for delivery of pension" shall be replaced with words "the national operator of mail service (further – object of mail service)";
