The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Part one of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About free legal aid" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 51, Art. 577; 2023, 65, the Art. 225) to add No. with Item 10 of the following content:
"10) criminal proceedings in which free secondary legal aid is provided to person are stopped".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
