Make change to Item 5 of the Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market concerning features of supply of the natural gas to producers of heat energy and budgetary institutions approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 19, 2022 No. 812 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 59, of the Art. 3559), having added it with the paragraph of the following content:
"In case of the conclusion of the delivery agreement of natural gas at the prices and on conditions according to appendix of the obligation on such delivery agreement of natural gas arise from 1 date in which such agreement was signed if other is not provided by the agreement between the producer of heat energy defined in the subitem 1 of item 4 of this provision, and Gas Supplying Company Naftogaz Trading LLC.".
