I. "About public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 25, of Art. 890 with the following changes) to add the Section IX "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine with Items 2-2 and 2-3 of the following content:

"2-2. Determine that during action of the warlike situation imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of martial law in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022, the approved Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX, Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine has the right:

according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to conduct procurement of pilotless systems, means of radio-electronic fight of tactical level, ammunition (which use with pilotless systems) and their components for own needs, requirements of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, National guard of Ukraine, the State Border Service of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, National police of Ukraine, and also for needs of other components of security forces and forces of defense according to the submitted orders;

in accordance with the established procedure to perform actions for the organization of providing with pilotless systems, means of radio-electronic fight of tactical level, ammunition (which uses with pilotless systems) and their components of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, National guard of Ukraine, the State Border Service of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, National police of Ukraine, other components of security forces and forces of defense.
