About modification of the Order of the Government No. 357/2009 about approval of Traffic regulations

Based on Item b) article 5 of the Law No. 131/2007 on traffic safety (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 11-21, 6), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Traffic regulations approved by the Order of the Government No. 357/2009 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 92-93, 409), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

3) of Item 24 the text "1.3.1 or 1.3.2" to replace 1) in the subitem with the text "1.3.1, 1.3.2, 1.3.3 or 1.3.4";

Appendix No. 3 to state 2) in the following edition:

3) in appendix No. 4 to Traffic regulations:

a) 1.13 to consider marking marking 1.13.1;

b) 1.19 to consider marking marking 1.19.1;

c) add with marking 1.13. 2, 1.14. 3, 1.17. 3, 1.17. 4, 1.17. 5, 1.19.2 and 1.29.3 following of content:

d) to make the following changes to appendix to appendix No. 4:

- 1.1.1 to add marking with f letters) and g) the following content:
