Based on part (4) article 37 of the Law No. 131/2007 on traffic safety (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 11-21, 6), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Traffic regulations approved by the Order of the Government No. 357/2009 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 92-93, 409), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) Item 2 after the text "longitudinal axis," to add with the text "if they do not correspond to the specifications provided in Item 104,";

Item 104 to state 2) in the following edition:

"104. Transport drivers, participating in international movement, shall confirm payment of collection for use of highways according to provisions of the tax legislation.

Movement on highways public of vehicles at which the steering wheel is established to the right of longitudinal axis, except for of the vehicles participating in international movement is forbidden if they do not correspond in total to the following specifications:

a) are not equipped with special periscopic mirrors which provide the best visibility at the left;

b) are not equipped by the proofreaders of headlights providing redirection of light of headlights for traffic circulation on the right side of the carriageway in the direction of travel, except for the vehicles allowing adjustment of the direction of light of headlights in the manual and/or automatic mode.".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
