About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning implementation of electronic tickets on road and urban electric transport

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Part the second Article 910 of the Civil code of Ukraine (2003, 356) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. No. 40-44, in the following edition:

"2. The conclusion of the transportation agreement of the passenger and baggage is confirmed by issue according to the ticket or the electronic ticket and the luggage receipt, requirements to which are established according to the legislation".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About urban electric transportation" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 51, Art. 548 with the following changes):

Paragraphs of the fourth and sixth part one of Article 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"the electronic ticket - the electronic travel document in which information is fixed with observance of the requirements established by the legislation in the form of electronic data, including obligatory details and data which after registration in the automated system of accounting of payment of journey grants the right to the passenger on receipt of transport services";

"the ticket - the travel document of the established form containing obligatory details and data which grants to the passenger the right to transport services";

Part the fourth Article 8 to state 2) in the following edition:

"4. Local government bodies enter the automated system of accounting of payment of journey, establish procedure for its functioning, determine person, authorized to perform collection of payment for transport services in case of introduction of the automated system of accounting of payment of journey";

Part one of Article 9 to add 3) with paragraphs the eleventh and twelfth the following content:

"approval of form, obligatory details and data which shall contain in the ticket and the electronic ticket;
