1. In the Order of the Government No. 296/2009 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for test for alcohol and medical examination for determination of state of intoxication and its nature (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 80-81, 347), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. 1) in the resolution:

1.1. 1) in the name of the word of "the alcohol test" to replace with the text "testings for alcohol, testings for drugs";
