About modification of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Standard regulations on Funds of development of regions" of January 16, 2023 No. 20

For the purpose of enhancement of activities of Funds of development of regions, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Standard regulations on Funds of development of regions" of January 16, 2023 No. 20 the following change:

in the Standard regulations on Funds of development of regions approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Item 12 with paragraphs twenty second and twenty third the following content:

"-implementation of voucher funding mechanism for training of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic in educational institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- financing of business activity of the needy families which received the public assistance within the social contract at the rate to 50% of the received amount, based on the request.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
