For the purpose of the state support of domestic enterprises of fuel and energy complex, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About implementation of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About emergency situation in energy industry of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 24, 2023 No. 178" of July 31, 2023 No. 378 the following changes:

- in Item 13:

third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-provide in accordance with the established procedure to the domestic coal-mining companies delivering coal products for needs of combined heat and power plant of the city of Bishkek, preferential terms on fee of rail transport and also not make charge of penalties, penalty fee for untimely fee;";

add with the paragraph of the following content:

"-exempt the organizations for development of heat and electrical energy, in particular combined heat and power plant of the city of Bishkek, from charge of penalties for wagon demurrage and collection for storage of load, penalty fee for untimely fee in transit of coal in the intra republican message according to the established procedure.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
