Based on subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 14, 2022 No. 405, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid:

the order of Committee on supervision of safe operation in the industry and nuclear power under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of January 18, 2000 No. 5 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for storage, acquisition, transportation, use and accounting of explosive materials";

the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of December 13, 2007 No. 120 "About modification and amendments in the Instruction about procedure for storage, acquisition, transportation, use and accounting of explosive materials".

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
