And compensating payments to employees of the state-financed organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Culture and the state-financed organizations subordinated to local executive and administrative organs and relating to the field of activity of the Ministry of Culture approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2019 No. 32, to add subitem 3.2 of Item 3 of the Instruction on the sizes and procedure stimulating with part of the following content:
"To the head of state-financed organization of the sphere of the culture participating in pilot project on optimization of number and establishment of individual working conditions of employees of state-financed organizations within implementation of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 2, 2023 No. 758 "About optimization of number and establishment of individual working conditions of employees of state-financed organizations", the established allowance size for high professional and creative achievements in work, complexity and intensity of work in addition increases percentage of the head's salary depending on quantity of established posts by professions of workers (positions of employees) by which performance of works will be assigned to other workers, within the saved means received from optimization of established posts of professions of workers (positions of employees):
to 3 established posts inclusive - to 10 percent;
