"380) is performed within the competence by consideration of appeals of physical persons and legal entities, petitions of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also state regulation in the field of consumer protection when rendering the state services;";

add with subitems 397-1), 397-2) and 397-3) of the following content:

"397-1) develops and approves rules of conducting investigation of use of atomic energy;

397-2) determines the list of requirements which violation attracts application of measures of rapid response, and also determines concerning specific violations of requirements specific type of measure of rapid response with indication of effective period of this measure (if necessary);
