About modification of the Methodology of determination of tasks and performance indicators of state control bodies concerning business activity approved by the Order of the Government No. 355/2020

1. In the Methodology of determination of tasks and performance indicators of state control bodies concerning business activity approved by the Order of the Government No. 355/2020 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 165-176, 556), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 10 paragraph two after words "competent division on risk analysis and planning of the state control" to add 1) with the words "on the basis of offers of structural divisions";

The subitem 4) of Item 18 to state 2) in the following edition:

"4) the publication of quarterly information on results of activities of monitoring body on performance indicators – till May 10, August, November and February";

3) in Item 19:

a) the paragraph one after the text "till March 1 of the current year" to add with the word "approved";

b) state the last paragraph in the following edition:

"The annual statement affirms the administrative act of the head of the relevant monitoring body.";

The second Item 22 the word "allocation" to replace 4) in the paragraph with the word "planning";

5) in appendix No. 1 to Methodology:

a. in Section 1 in comments 1) to declare the subitem invalid;

b) state Sections 2 and 3 in the following edition:
