1. In the Order of the Government No. 106/2022 about appointment and leave of the compensated drugs and/or medical products for treatment in out-patient conditions of persons registered at the family doctor (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 61-67, 153), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1) in the name of the resolution, in the subitem 1) Item 1 of the resolution and Item 1.2 of appendix No. 3 the text "for treatment in out-patient conditions of persons registered at the family doctor" shall be replaced with words "from funds of compulsory medical insurance";

1. Regulations on appointment and leave of the compensated drugs and medical products from funds of compulsory medical insurance (further – the Provision) establish procedure for appointment and leave of the compensated drugs and medical products for out-patient treatment of persons registered at the family doctor according to the Single program of compulsory medical insurance.
