About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic in spheres of the budget legislation, health care and compulsory medical insurance

Article 1.

Bring in the Budget code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2016, No. 5, the Art. 398) the following changes:

3) voluntary contributions of the legal entities and physical persons (including foreign) which are not covered by system of compulsory medical insurance, way of acquisition of policies of compulsory medical insurance;

4) the financial sanctions for improper execution of contractual commitments collected in accordance with the established procedure;

5) the grants received from the international organizations;

6) social security benefits;

7) other income which is not contradicting the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.";

Article 42 to state 4) in the following edition:

"Article 42. Budget expenses

Expenses of the budget of Fund of compulsory medical insurance go on:

1) financing of compulsory medical insurance;

2) financing of the additional program of compulsory medical insurance;

3) financial and material logistics of activities of Fund of compulsory medical insurance and its territorial administrations;
