1. This Federal Law establishes features of application and execution of authority punishment - disciplinary arrest concerning the military personnel participating in special military operation in the territory of Ukraine or in certain areas of the Russian Federation in which territories martial law, and also concerning the military personnel of military units (divisions) deployed (located) in the specified areas, for making by such military personnel of the gross minor offenses provided by this Federal Law which such military personnel made during special military operation in these territories and in the specified areas is imposed.
2. This Federal Law extends to the male military personnel from among soldiers, sailors, sergeants, foremen, ensigns and warrant officers.
3. To the military personnel specified in this Article, disciplinary arrest taking into account the features established by this Federal Law is applied for making of gross minor offenses by them, the stipulated in Article 2 presents of the Federal Law.
4. The procedure for conducting trial upon making by the serviceman of gross minor offense is determined by all-army regulations of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (further - all-army regulations) taking into account the features established by this Federal Law.
5. Application and execution of disciplinary arrest for gross minor offenses, not the stipulated in Article 2 presents of the Federal Law, but stipulated in Item 2 articles 28.5 of the Federal Law of May 27, 1998 No. 76-FZ "About the status of the military personnel", are performed without the features established by this Federal Law.
